But what is plot and how do you craft one into a great story?
In this video, we're going to talk about how plot works. I'm going to share a broad definition of plot, and then we'll dive into the approach that we use at The Write Practice called The Write Structure.
You'll learn the six elements of plot that makes stories entertaining and memorable. We'll look at a few examples, how these elements work in best selling stories, and then we'll touch on story arcs and the different shapes that plot make. And finally you'll learn exactly how you can use all of these things to understand your plot in your own stories.
