This clip is a continuation on the feeding situation on the Manwaring Center.
TRANSCRIPT: "When I arrived at the Manwaring Center, the commercial kitchen was humming with dozens of volunteers standing at large islands spreading mayo and butter on thousands of ham, chicken and tuna sandwiches. Pots steamed with beef stew and chicken vegetable soup. I washed my hands, put on my apron and hairnet and started taking orders from the head cook. Everyone was tired, including myself but there was an air of urgency. A cot was set up in the back storage area for the cooks who took turns working around the clock. Despite the fatigue, there was a spirit of comradery, an excitement of serving others, expecting nothing in return".
