This video walks you through each of the interactions available on Mindstamp: The Interactive Video Platform (mindstamp.io).
Buttons are used to drive actions such as opening a link, changing video time, and more. You can move, resize, and style your buttons as you please. You can add as many buttons as you want and set them to stay visible for any duration you choose.
Hotspots create clickable areas of the video that can take actions like buttons: opening links, starting phone calls, showing message, and more. You can resize the area and toggle the hotspot indicator on or off depending on your needs.
Questions can be added to pause the video and solicit a response from the viewer. You can ask many types of questions: free response, multiple choice, dropdown select, drawing response, voice response, and even video response. You can configure set a correct answer, add a time limit, make it skippable or not, and more. All viewer answers will show up in their play report along with other data.
You can add images to add clickable visual elements to your videos. The click action can open the image full size, useful for diagrams or learning materials, or it can take standard actions like opening a link or changing video time. You can size and position your elements as you please.
Drawing on the video is useful for highlighting specific elements. You can circle things, add different shapes, change colors, add text, and more.
Finally, you can add audio or video clips into your video to give context or commentary. You can record your own clip on the fly or upload existing clips, which will be stored in your asset library for reuse. These are perfect for offering a step-out experience to learn more about a topic before resuming the video.
