Fifty years ago, Adolf Eichmann went to trial in Israel for war crimes during World War II. He was a leader in the Nazi Party in Germany and played a major role in the deportation of Jews to extermination camps. Emory University Holocaust studies professor Deborah Lipstadt wrote a book titled "The Eichmann Trial," analyzing how one man can lead a seemingly normal life before the Holocaust but in fact be truly evil.
